Aesthetics

As much as I love the gritty atmosphere that city life offers, I have a weak spot for the simplified elegance of minimalism. Minimalism is not something I’m organized enough for at home (clutter-core is my jam, don’t judge) but I love to step into it for photography from time to time, like this set at Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes in Toronto’s Annex.

If you haven’t been I 300% recommend their awesome pancakes and if you’re feeling unconventional give their Strawberry Espresso Latte a shot (pun intended).
