Meadows are a Special Kind of Joy

I love meadows! They’re always so calm! This could of course be nostalgia for The Sound of Music, but whenever I see wildflowers like this I chill out! The dreamy effect you see here at the edges of the frame was achieved by using an incredibly wide angle lens (14mm) and getting really really close

Toronto has some very iconic landmarks! The CN tower and the SkyDome however are my favourites! I love how they’re right next to each other, but are radically different!

Rocky Mountains Rock

Canada is a beautiful country and the Rocky Mountain range or the “Rockies” are among the most breathtaking landscapes you’ll ever see! This shot was taken on an expedition to Alberta’s side of the Rocky Mountains!

Winter Vibes

Winter came early to the Pacific North West! I went out on an expedition to try and shoot the November blood moon away from light pollution and the night of the blood moon it snowed like crazy! Fortunately I still managed to get this lovely shot anyway!

Winter Is Coming

As many of you may know, I have a background in photojournalism so I try to keep my editing to a minimum, I believe photography should be about capturing the world and if spend time editing and tweaking and transforming a photo, I’m no longer a photographer, but an artist who’s chosen medium is photographs.
