Night in Korea-town

I have a love/hate relationship with taking photos at night. I love the look of nighttime photos, but they’re such a challenge to take. Less light makes everything harder, but still, I think this photo of Toronto’s Korea-town turned out quite nicely. Who doesn’t love Walnut cakes after all?

Fran’s in the Morning

Fran’s at College and Bay is an institution here in Toronto, serving up awesome diner food! Fran’s frontage also has the best lighting! I got up and headed downtown to get there just as the sun was rising to capture the awesome neon lights and other early risers!

Nearly Sunset

I enjoy getting into places I possibly shouldn’t. Rooftops are especially exhilarating, giving me a unique vantage point like this rooftop in The Loop, Chicago. Camera Lens Aperture Shutter Speed ISO Sony A7R III Zeiss Batis 40mm f 4 1/100 Sec 100

Camera Lens Aperture Shutter Speed ISO Sony A7R III Zeiss Batis 85mm f 5.6 1/160 Sec 100 Transit systems, and by extension (pun intended), transit stations are always fascinating to me. If they were pitched today you’d no doubt see much opposition, yet thousands and thousands of people rely on transit to get around every
